Alph (Pikmin 3): Captain Alph is one of the captains in Pikmin 3. He is the blue-suited captain that has teal hair similar to Captain Olimar's in shape, an average sized nose, and freckles on his cheeks. His eyes are always open, much like when other characters like Olimar or Louie are surprised. He is the engineer of "Drake", the group's spaceship. He is bright and positive in character. He looks up to Charlie for some reason.

Brittany (Pikmin 3): Captain Brittany is one of the three playable characters featured in Pikmin 3. She is a botanist sent to PNF-404. She wears a pink suit, has pink hair and a pointy nose. She has beady black eyes, and a pair of glasses with red frames. Her spacesuit differs from other spacesuits, being more feminine with a skirt shape. She is strong willed, but also gluttonous.

Charlie (Pikmin 3): Captain Charlie is one of the new characters in Pikmin 3. Charlie is the green-suited captain resembling an army general. He has a black mohawk, short mustache, small, dark blue eyes with small pupils, and an average sized nose. His suit has a star-shaped badge on his lapel. He, along with Brittany and Alph, come from the planet Koppai in search of a new food source for their planet. He is the captain of the spaceship, which is nicknamed "Drake". He seems to strangely favor Brittany. He also takes a rubber ducky with him on every mission for good luck.
