Nice shot Dave! Looks like the same setup you used for that shot of Asphyxia I asked you about.
If I were to offer one suggestion: I would have lowered the main light just a bit because her deep eye sockets and dark makeup kind of hide her eyes. Maybe that's the effect you were going for, but I sure would have loved to see her gorgeous eyes much brighter.
