Introducing two new OC's. The mechanical genius, Tara Brockway (working the wrench) and her friend, Carla Monroe.When the ridiculously large drains at the Dan Highland Aquatic Combat Training Center need adjustment, they call Tara. She's the only mad genius in town with a wrench that big.
