Howling winds and blinding blizzard of snow slams all over the arctic plains as a time-period of seasonal changes brings several storm-fronts to the virtually uninhabited region of the barren icy fields with no signs of life as it is understandable that most wouldn't consider such environmentally hostile grounds hospitable to stick around... Apart from a peculiar exception as within proximity of an improvised hut crudely built into a broken, a local young arctic badger Nolan has brought himself to grasp his trusty shovel usually reserved for poking around valuables lost to the cold wilderness and get ahead of the weather to not get barricaded by loads of snow in following hours: with a clear contrast of having just been comfortable laying on a sofa next to a furnace and now enduring the blistering cold for mere maintenance it isn't surprising to note on badger's apparent annoyance.

And yet, Nolan keeps going ahead with the task of slinging snow around with his shovel as enduring the effects of blizzards is simply part of life out in the cold wastes, which the badger has learned to accept for himself: after all, it does make any trips to the warmer places to see his buddies much more rewarding...

Brrrr, getting some back-winter chills here huh?

Kind of happened to have a period of wanting to provide the icy badger-boyo some proper spotlight as he hasn't gotten that many cases to shine yet: sure, he has appeared in few silly shenanigans as well as in recent Valentine's Day post of mine , but I always uphold to a belief that balancing out one's character with more regular/in-character depictions will always help keeping up motivation for making more stuff in the future. So, why not do a service for badger's character and display him on a more mundane aspect of dealing with his home location's typical challenge of weather to provide better context for his attributes as well as a starting point of his ventures around the frozen fields to find valuable/useful items for personal utility and for trading supplies?

This definitely gives a good basis for future schemes with badger venturing in the icy fields, finding stuff from valuable useful items for personal use to quite amusing shenanigans
