The first one:

This may take some time! I'm going to finish up the Heroes of Science "series" by putting together a final instalment of all 95 figures. Who's on the list? I'm not telling. (But there're a few new ones in this image, if you can recognise them.)

This is part of the spreadsheet I've used to determine who'll go on the final graphic. This sheet is the "layout of the poster" sheet. I originally started with a list of over 600 people, which I whittled down to the candidates I'm now turning into figures. Will the list please everyone? Hell no! I have taken a bunch of suggestions from the DeviantART comments on the first two images, though. The selection process beyond that has been a combination of tedious and impartial scientific analysis (no joke) and maybe 5% of choices were influenced by my own opinion.

I'm posting this here as a token of commitment, because creating another 40 figures (3 down, 37 to go) is a daunting prospect, and putting it out there will give me the patience to continue.
