why i picked this? well she read the rules
well she made a good point in justifying her characters uniqueness and honestly i couldnt say no, i mean look at this cutie and its not every day you get the red skin and horns!
which leads me to the reason this is a chibi, because this character was made for adorableness and i really wanted to draw her chewing on a chili~
