I have noticed how he rarely lets out a peak of emotion from behind those glasses, even when he was ticked the hell off by that one girl, I forget her name but she kept breaking EVERYTHING she touched, and she erased some plans from Kururu's computer. Keroro is too stupid to see he was letting lose a demon on the poor child, but hey, Tamama saved her from the maze, so it's all good. (Note to self, never piss off Kururu, or you will be stuck in a maze, foreveeer)
