It's a joke - the actual 6-2-1 rule is "6 hours of sleep per day, 2 decent meals, and 1 shower" (all at a minimum, of course).
And yeah, I'd advise against drinking that much Monster. I know ten cans per day can give you caffeine poisoning (not from personal experience, fortunately), and that ain't fun at all.
