Hipster is an English word so it should be in Katakana not Hiragana. Though all the more, cheers for actually studying the language. So many people don't.

γγγΉγΏγΌγwould probably be the best way since there's a bit of a drag out at the end. Don't worry about it too much though, I was rather bad at Japanese myself until a year or so ago. I didn't even understand the difference between Hirigana, Katakana, and Kanji for the longest time.
