Hipster. ( Asuka Langley Soryu from Neon Genesis)A Simple yet time consuming vector, sad to say I did this one as a break from a more complex and time consuming vector that's no where near finished.
Update:
I fixed her arm to look a lot better and a couple other small fixes.
