I felt like designing Cecil a winter outfit, so this is what I came up with. <3
I love Victorian-era clothing, and I love combining styles of the time to make them androgynous. In their regular outfit, Cecil wears something closer to what a boy of that time period would wear, except that their shorts are a bit shorter, and they flare out instead of the knee-length, more modest shorts. They also wears Mary Jane-type shoes, which are a bit more feminine. In this winter outfit, the coat is modeled off girl's winter coats, but they're wearing pants under it, which a girl of the time would never wear.
