Well another Disney villain had a plan this time the mad scientist/former advisor to kuzco tried to regress herself to make herself a bride for him unfortunately she went a bit too far, though just for clarity she does end up going to Kuzco's age once kronk gave her the half antidote with the unfortunate side effect of making her now madly in love with the emperor in the end.
