Redrew and decided to bring back another old Nightmare character. Came from when I was first developing the Nightmare Realm and he was made around the same time as Sombra was. Kinda forgot about this guy until I cam across his old pic in a drawer in my room.

I decided to make him relevant again and give him some backstory. His name was originally just Ommetaphis, but I changed that to being his nickname that he just goes by more often. He is the Nightmare of a human named Angelo, but was given the nickname Ommetaphis by the other Nightmares because of how he was made. His human has a phobia of eyes which is known as ommetaphobia and his powers and abilities are based around that.

Nightmare Angelo (Ommetaphis) has the ability to manifest floating eyes around him. These eyes have the ability to not only function as surveillance and spy on humans, but also drive them insane if they look directly at them. Ommetaphis thrives off of the feelings of being watched and paranoia. He resides in Nightmare City when he isn't collecting fear and works as a fortune teller and uses eyes from other beings, such as humans, in his divination practices. It is rumored that he is a worshipper of the Void itself and wants to steal Avalon's eye on his chest to get closer to it. Though he seems like a regular human type, wingless Nightmare, he actually has a dual affinity that links him to his lantern. (This is how he has the divination and future seeing abilities on top of his Nightmare magic. It is not known if he naturally came to be with the affinity, like NM Devon, or if he gained it artificially like Sombra somehow.)
