Love the background, slight crit though. The actual SHIELD definition should be its own layer. That way you can control and make the beveling match the tone of the rest of the piece you're working on.

That was deliberate I wanted the contrast in addition a lot of carved granite they leave the parts unpolished for the same reason in addition I used the sharp chiselled edge tool not the bevel tool which would have given a smooth more rounded effect.
