Thank you. It took me a while to figure out what to do with this challenge. I wanted it to be like a heart beat. The blood is the life of the body and without the heart, what good is the blood. So, i wanted to see what a heart of a fractal is. So i used the starting fractal, the mandels and a julia. No outsides because the heart is inside the body, but no inside coloring too because it's not a organ it's a idea. The heart of a person beats in a pattern But the fractal is much more chaotic in nature. So, i kept up the idea of chaos, but orderly chaos. A network of life and an explosion of hope. I chose the brighter more contrasted colors because i wanted to relay that sense of hope of new life. A sense of new movement. I think this is version number 12. If you see anything i could improve upon let me know.

The simulated pen strokes are right on. I am working on the same lines (less dense however). Your color is overwhelming the canvas as well. The competition is getting tough.!

LOL, it took me a while to make this one. I wanted to make it the soul of a fractal. But what does a soul look like? Most religions and people will agree without blood there is no life. Thus, without a heart, the blood is useless. The heart of a person beats at a steady pace. But what about the chaotic existence of a fractal? It would be an explosion of chaotically organized life. I didn't use any outside coloring because the heart is inside of the body, and i tried to use some of the first fractals out there for UF. The mandels and the julia to be like the first organs of the body. The colors are strong only because the life of the heart is strong and full of hope. When someone has hope for tomorrow and joy of today, their soul is strong because fear and worry destroy us from the inside out. I wanted to relay this with brighter colors. I might have gone a little over board lol!
