Description
"YES, IT"S FROM THE MOVIE EVERYONE"!!!!Foam latex suit pieces sculpted for the "Rinzler" character.Worked with friend Steve Kotch on this suit sculpt.
Doing hard surface-very symmetrical sculpting on a not so symmetrical body form was quite a challenge.

Hey Man, I just watched the updated version a second time. I've suddenly become infatuated with the suit, that I would like to see if making DIY version would be doable. Knowing that the machinery would be hard to find, what would be an alternative to find latex foam suits?

How did you put the pieces on the suit if I may ask? And have you moulded it right on the body or in a shape? (sorry my english sucks, I am german)

They were sculpted over a body cast of this actor. The pieces were glued down w a type of contact adhesive.

Thanks. Unfortunately, no pics of the sculpt were taken. Not very well documented. I didn't show pics of the back because my friend Steve Kotch sculpted the back while I concentrated on the front.

They were specially made for our suits, they're not something that the general public has access too.

with a little bit of hair styling i'd say the model for the suit would look uncannily like TRON xD I mean... I've watched them both recently too and had to really look to realise it was someone else xD really good job with the suit ^^
