Description
This is a silicone-foam latex combo suit.This was also done at Patrick Tatoupolas Studio and several other artists and fabricators were involved in the finished suit.

well you succeded but the movie versions were not as good as the game though cause the game ones symbolized the kids who bullied Alessa while I think the movie ones were just supposed to be her emotions or something

I didn't say it didn't I can't remember where but I heard that in the film Alessa used her powers to turn them into the Grey Children so that they would keep going through the pain she did when she was burned, so what I guess is I like the game versions cause there less depressing

who said anything about gore I said the one in the game or better to me cause the movie ver. were less of the freaky child demons that creep up on you and jump you and more of the loud freaky child demons that scream out there lungs and depend on there own burning body for an attack rather than the element of a suddle suprise

I saw the special features for that movie as well....I was very interested in the artwork of the movie. I've always wanted to ask....What was your insperation for the artwork? If any, that is.

Unfortunately, myself and the crew that built all the creatures didn't get any credit and the on set makeup effects artist made it look like his dept. did everything.
My inspiration was mainly the game itself.

I'm sorry to hear that =< Really? I knew that some of the creatures you created were in the game but some were unfamilier to me =/ Never the less your work is genius! When I practice drawing grotesque creatures Silent Hill is one of the movies I look to for insperation.

I loved these in the movie. The suit is amazingly crafted; just look at that airbrush work! I admit that the hands are my favorite part, but I also really love the creepy torso, and of course that face. It just looks like it slid off their skull. The actress that wore this suit worked it like magic. Beautiful.

Glad you liked it! This film was such a labor of love for me and my fellow artists that worked on it, I've been such a huge fan of the games that it was very exciting to actually be the lead artist on it.

I can imagine, wow. I am getting all excited thinking about it. Being lead artist sure is an honor, especially when it's something you can really enjoy like that. The games are just magnificent, too. I love the first three, they are my absolute favorite games ever. You guys did such justice to the monsters, really.
