Meurig was so kind to give me his Reaver ship for Max conversion. This is how it came out in the first place, although revision is needed. So, this is kinda test image...

wow thats all I can say. The idea of using the shark-like derelict is simply superb it conveys the horror of the reivers very clearly.

A million polys for a junker like that? Some people are just plain wierd modelling in all the girder ridges like that, then again my dads much the same as you already know. Damn just shot myself in the foot argument wise. Think I'll just go whimper quietly into my choc milk... kidding excellent work first by the modeller next by the converter

Both models were in Lightwave forat originally, I converted both to Max myself.

There is a 3D modelling program called Lightwave. I have that program but I rarely use it (I find it user-unfriendly). I use another 3D program called 3D studio Max. So I converted the models from Lightwave format to Max format.

No, but there is a free 3D app called Blender, it has some very good models (which I also converted to 3DS Max )
