Looking at Commander Kor, I'm reminded of the Klingon insult, Hab SoSlI' Quch ("Your mother has a smooth forehead").
My theory is, this insult arose in the wake of the Augment Virus that deprived some Klingons of their forehead ridges in the 22nd century.
