Very pretty, I kinda get the concept - all the colors (peoples) coexisting peacefully with the world as the focus, rather than their own individual agendas.
I've painted with a palette, and loved these types of glass "earth" globes for a while, so I find the concept not only understandable, but very pretty for me.
My only real nitpick is it might've been cool to use blue or turquoise as a backdrop behind the glass globe, as blues and blue-greens are generally recognized psyhologically as peaceful, calming colors.

It's cute how the tapered ends to all the blobs of oil are pointing towards the globe. Of all the images you've produced this leans the farthest towards 3D rendering

The brown paint doesn't sit well with me for some reason. I think I would have liked it more if you replaced the brown paint with white paint, so that it compliments the black paint and complete the rainbow circle
As always, it's so clean it looks like it's 3D.
