Very difficult light for display this is the second of my two just about acceptable shots, very disappointing but there's always another day next year.Related content

Ya, know if it is a big deal about getting a shot of this plane upside down in the air, then shoot it flying right side up with no ground in the background and then crop it so that the photo is upside down on paint then submit it as an upside down flying plane. See? Easy fix.

I know what you mean. I find my camera has trouble focusing when the light isn't that good coz the contrast isn't great enough. It's a right pain, you take some great shots but because of the light when you up load them they don't look that good after all.

Have the same problem but I have learned to second guess it, by stopping focusing then restarting, if that makes sense?

Yeah. I wait until the last minute before I focus. That seems to work most of the time.
