Cool. Well, for a start, blindfolds (like you hadn't noticed - I really like a sequence where the captive winds up blindfolded, but that's asking a bit much for dA).

Also, I prefer a damsel in distress look so like more normal clothing (including secretary outfits) rather than PVC or rubber, even though the latter emphasises the model's figure.

Lastly, strict ties with a bit of variety - I don't think I've ever seen a chair tie quite like this one , so yeah, well done - and tight, effective gags that fit into the mouth. I think plain over-the-mouth gags look ineffective, and over-the-nose gags even worse (does any photographer actually do this, or is this weirdness just found in drawings?)
