In other societies, we look for reflections of our own values. In the eyes of the beloved we search our own reflection. To be original or different is to be strange, hated, and outcast. The question is "why would anyone seek to be original?"

the globalist movement will turn a traditional culture into a competitive bunch of individuals
competitiveness is not a modern concept though, it is perhaps a bit more primal than civilized
is it an institutional education thing?
the fact is that originality as a driving force is more divisive than it is uniting
