Anyone who followed the Budokai series probably remembers this little guy well!Just as Cell moves in to absorb #18, Krillin jumps in the way and the result is er, slighty strange...
Knocked this up on lunch today, it's pretty much a straight trace of the Cell Junior art from Sparking! Neo, with a few modifications.
Light source is supposed to coming straight at him (shot by a beam?) Still unsure of it...

In the English version, he's called Cellin. And that's not from the Sparking / Budokai Tenkaichi games, because I have all three of them. Maybe it's from Raging Blast? (Good work, anyways!)
