Raditz has always been my favourite character. After doing Teen Goten I couldn't resist...So yeah. Based on that existing pic of Super Saiyan Raditz that's been floating around for years 'cos it's awesome. I've finished off and of course altered the costume.
I may revisit this to change the shading on the front of the hair, but seeing as it's taken a week to get it to as it is now, I thought it'd be a good time to submit it and take a break/start something else.

If it is not, I think I might know the one you are referencing. I was just wondering because the one I sent you is one that i drew. Ive actually seen that and other dbz drawings of mine ripped off and used in youtube vids and even shittily edited and people called it their own. They were REALLY bad hahahahahha. You're right it is uncanny. It wasn't until it was pointed out that I noticed it so much, but with the armour as well, you can literally only tell by the eyebrows

That's true. After all, they both look so much like the same. Luckily Raditz have his eyebrows just like you said

dude this looks like ss3 vegeta and nothing like raditz.

It's the art style. If you look at any picture of Raditz drawn late-Toriyama style (eyes squared, solid jawline) he looks like Vegeta. They are both very similar.
