My eyelashes are over an inch long so I have to constantly pull them out to regrow.
Hurts, but much less-so than getting your corneas violated by one.

AH!!! This happens to me! And it's living death!!!
I think even worse is when you have ONE EYELASH that has bent or turned the wrong way and it pokes you in the eye when you blink!! And you look for it in the mirror and it's so sneaky that it blends in with the other good lashes! Or, when one eyelash has turned and it hurts like it's saying "HELP MEE!!!" while you try to either brush it back into place or pluck it out.

I've grown to become an expert removing eyelashes. It is like my secret gift. My brother and sister always come to me, running and crying, as if I were their saviour. It makes me feel merciful, powerful... hopeful.
