I can definitely tell that this character has a lot of personality with the way you posed her. She has a confident, powerful, and sassy pose, which I believe suits the kind of character she is. However, the pose looks a bit uncomfortable. The way her back bends like that appears slightly awkward. The head-body proportions look a bit off. Her head looks a bit too big in my opinion. The arms could also use some more definition as well.
Overall though, these points I made don't interfere with what you're trying to convey. I love her design. The black, white, and pink combination go very nicely together. I also love how you make your character's big earrings and bracelets. I think that's a nice element of your style. You may want to add some more values in your shading for a greater effect. This is just a suggestion.
