I think this is cool as hell - but I would at least knock down the opacity of everything on the left, if not remove it altogether. Also, you might want to try knocking down the opacity a little bit on the dots that arch around (which is freaking cool by the way).

Anyway, those are my suggestions. Very cool shit, man.

The arch of dots in the top left and the 8x15 squares in the topish rightish....
that's just my opinion....or maybe they both could be straightened up a bit...

The yellow in the bottem right doesnt look quite right to me either...
