Description The cartoon that is said to have led to the Ghost Busters, while I haven't seen the movies I have enjoyed the old cartoons. I have trouble drawing the ghosts' bodies, which is why one is just a floating head. The faces are fun to draw though because there's almost no wrong way to draw them. Also there wasn't really room for him unless I made him a lot smaller. Anyway, Oswald is about to give Mickey a hand with his butterfly net, because everyone knows that a butterfly net is a far more effective tool than a shotgun in the realm of ghost catching (if you don't believe me, check out what happens to the gun in the cartoon). Donald is just hiding until he gets a better plan, like just punching a ghost in the face. Goofy is brave, but careful, and has to figure out whose reflection he's seeing over there. Sorry about this drawing being a week late, but I've been busy and there are a lot of characters here.

Cool. They should puts in Lonesome Ghosts. They will be like The Ghostbusters.

Mickey Mouse = Egon Spengler
Donald Duck = Peter Venkman
Goofy = Ray Stantz
Oswald the Lucky Rabbit = Winston Zeddmore

Good comparisons?

Not sure, I haven't seen the movies, but I'm very fond of the old cartoons. There's actually a rumor that this cartoon was what the ghost busters were based on since it's about 3 guys hunting ghosts, and the fact that Goofy says "I ain't ascared of no ghosts" which is a line in the song.

Yep, I think that cartoon was one of the inspirations for the movie, Ghostbusters. I saw both movies. I have the first one on Blu-ray Disc and the second one on regular DVD. I also have the 2009 video game for the Sony PlayStation 3. Yeah, I'm fond with very cartoons too. Especially that some of them are a lot better than some of the cartoons of today. I did growing up Golden Age cartoons. Also The Muppets as well.

I know right, todays cartoons make me feel sorry for children, most of them are so, cheesy and boring, in a bad way, unlike the animaniacs which were cheesy in a good way, I grew up in the cartoon renaissance, and I'm proud of it.

Yeah. Some cartoons of today suck. I think I could make a better cartoon than some of these cartoonists.
