I think this looks *great* I really love the arm, from the thumbnail it somewhat made me think of Nightmare from Soul Calibur - but it's definetly unique from him I love the coloring, as well!

I've seen a lot on deviantart, and this piece is by far the best character concept on deviantart (in my opinion). What's so cool is that you want to see this character in action. Some of the parts of the weapon are mysterious, like the chain, so you want to see what it does. The color scheme is brilliant.
I rarely suggest this to artists, but I think you should do a video tutorial on your process of coloring it. There is no way a JPEG step-by-step process does this piece justice. I'm aiming to design videogames for a career, and if I reach that goal I would definitley try and get you to do the conceptual artwork.
Just incredible. Keep 'em coming.
