I think this is your best tudors art. they're all absolutely amazing but this one here is really breathtaking! it looks like an old painting and you can imagine it's some art of the medieval times. fantastic!

it always been like that for Showtime related sets, same for Dexter; Hall n Carpenter approve their art
it's also a complicated process, main reason why we see 'comic' and not actor likeness in many sets that are related to a superhero movie, like Thor, Terminator, Spiderman...
it takes time, delays and the approvals aren't always positive
in case of Topps, I believe they have a ' general approval' from SW and LOTR (excluding Lee), cards approved by Waldeck
I don't believe SW actors retained any rights from those movies anyway
but we see that mostly in new shows, as actors want exclusive rights for their images
SG-U also needed approvals, but not all actors, just the main ones
guest stars were approved by studio/card compagny
