And as for the characters themselves, I love Jaime he's my favorite (with Brienne especially!) but as for Cersei, well, she's pretty annoying but she's raised to the level of "okay-normal" just because she's in the same house as my two favorite characters (Jaime and Tyrion). But I haven't started A Feast for Crows yet so who knows...
