No. The pose is real, but the ads were drawn on the paper only! 
There have been times when she has spilled paint, mayonnaise, and other things on herself for a pose. The mayo one hasn't been posted yet, but will be soon.

i actually heard about stuff like this.... a few people in chicago, where i live, have gotten tattoos with advertisement in a five year contract to be living billboards.
