Well, first thing first, and I always say this to start...don't be afraid to screw up/ruin a painting that you spent 10 - 20 hours on. It will happen, but you have to shrug it off and keep going, while using it as a learning experience.
Watercolors are more forgiving than people give credit for. Take each of your work slow, make sure that before you move onto a new area, or a new layer on the same area, that it is dry completely. If you were to watch me paint you would see that about every 5 or so minutes (many times after a glaze) I will blow dry that section off.
Blow drying also helps keeping your paper un-warped. I recommend using art masking tape to create a border around your work before you paint. You can back it on cardboard/foamboard. I also put masking tape on the back of the paper so it doesn't warp when putting washes on.
When creating a scene, my personal preference to painting is from the background to the foreground while working from the opposite direction of the hand you use to paint (so if you are left handed like me... you will start on the background on the right side). I find working this way helps create clean lines, and keeps the paint clean as well. Doing this while making sure all your layers are dry will help create vibrant colors
those are just some general tips. The most important tip I can give you though...is have fun! Don't rush a painting, or feel like you aren't where you should be given your age. If you are painting because you are enjoying yourself, and you love to create work that will be here for many years then you are painting for the right reasons. If you can I highly recommend finding a private instructor who can teach you how to paint specific things. Paint what you enjoy, I know you love narnia, so start off painting Aslan, lucy, Mr. Tumnus, or anyone Just have fun with it!
I hope I helped you to start. Feel free to note me with any questions you have on specific techniques or how to paint a certain object. I will do my best to help you out. Just keep painting, and paint a lot - there is no magic trick to get better - only hours and hours of work!
My personal philosophy (that I try to follow) is whenever I think I am done a section, I take a break and ask myself...what can I do to make it better. I really make sure to look at reference and paint what I see Hope to talk to you soon!

Oh Gosh Thanks! Many Thanks! I'll be eternally grateful for this.
And yes I'll send you some notes! I've been asking tips from other deviants who do watercolor and your only one of the very few who took time to reply to me! Again thanks!
