General Stuff - The galvan are a carbon based species native to the planet Galvan Prime. They measure around 6 inches in height and they are the most inteligent species in the Milky Way galaxy

Origin - Millions of years ago the galvan were the main prey of the omnivoracious, highly intelligent and sociable predators, and this forced them to develop better cognitive abilities and greater intelligence.

4.5 million years ago a meteor hit Galvan Prime and caused an ice age that lasted a few thousand years. The omnivoracious became extinct in this event, but the Galvan, who now possessed a more advanced intellect than their natural predators, managed to survive much more easily.

Biology - Their bones are softer and more flexible than other animals their size, which allows them to crawl more easily through small spaces.

Their light weight allows them to jump up to 11 times their own height.

The galvan's fingers and toes have millions of waterproof bristles, that allows them to climb walls and ceilings with ease

Newborn galvan are tadpole-like and have gills. They start developing better cognitive skills once their legs start growing, in a period of their lives known as "legs of wisdom". Adult galvan cant breath underwater because their gills become closed shut and develop lungs, but not only can they hold their breath for around 12 minutes, they need to keep their skin wet to help regulate their body temperature.

The galvan's eyes have rectangular pupils that provide them with a good field of vision, in addition to four color perception cones, one red, one blue, one green and one ultraviolet color. Their eyelids are vertical and they can only move their eyes significantly while their eyelids are closed, however they can position their eyes independently.

Galvans have two brains, the main brain and the pre-brain. The pre-brain is responsible for all basic body functions and instincts. The main brain is responsible for an individual's rational thinking, memories, learning, and complex emotions.

Galvan also have a genetic memory. They can remember things their biological parents learned or experienced as if they were vague and distant memories.

Male galvan grow tendrils on their chin once they get old enough, and females may grow this tendrils on the top of their heads. Each individual has their own time to start growing them, and some of them might never grow them at all

Culture and Technology - The avarage tech level of the galvan species is 17, but they are known to be capable of crafting technologies of level 18, 19 and 20. I'll be doing seperate more detailed posts on their most important tech (like the NullVoid stuff, the Unitrix, Omnitrix and Ascalon) after i finish doing my takes on the OG Ten's species

A long time ago, the galvan worshiped machine gods and even tho in modern times this practice is very uncommon, the symbology of these gods is still very important, such as the intergalactic peace symbols.

In modern times, most galvan cultures value peace.

The galvan societies are governed by a technocratic council formed by the most inteligent of their species. Related to that, they give the title of First Thinker to the smartest galvan alive and even if the First Thinker chooses not to be part of the council, matters of upmost importance may be brought to them, since their perspective on this matters might be valueble.

which is a lot. they managed to reach this absurd longevity due to very advanced medicine and antiaging treatments and the capability of transplanting their main brain at least once to a brainless clone body.

Ben 10 Omni-Biology is my take on the Ben 10 universe, with some more worldbuilding, as best of an explanation as i can give on how tech and the aliens' powers work, stuff that i want to add cause i think they're cool and i plan on eventually attempting to make a comic, but this last one is a maybe.
