It was hard to do and still not happy with it, I have a program called piant shop essentials..not sure what one..
did the base color, then made a new layer but either added a lighter or darter version of the color as a broad water color
then uploaded it as a photoshop then edited till I was happy..
might have to change it a little when the background comes up
