I really don't think he's a very good badguy...
srsly, maybe it's just cos' I finally hit the filler episodes in Naruto-- the ones around episode 50, but I'm starting to doubt his total evilness...

And he's not very secretive either! I mean, I was totally surprised when Aizen revealed himself to be totally relevant... I mean, the main evil bad guy for Bleach.
Orichimaru automatically was evil, just for attacking Sasuke, and even before that for doing the tongue thing in front of Anku.
