The strangest thing about this lame new Millennium is how damned expensive fast food is.Β Didn't it used to be cheap?Β Back in the '80s, Kentucky Fried Chicken was poor people food.Β Now, i'll see ads that trumpet something like "Eight pieces of chicken, two sides, and biscuits for only $25.99!"Β Β
...whaaaa???Β I could eat for most of a week on that.Β
Sometimes, i'll pick up fast food for a coworker, and average price of a meal is about eight bucks.Β It's madness i tells ya.
