Sketched on 7/23/06 and inked on 7/24/06.Kyo is my fav character in Fruits Basket and I would so date him if he was a real guy. I like bad boys (like Jeff) what can I say.

I have a suggestion, it really helped me when I wanted to learn more. If youre using a picture for refferance, open it in Photoshop if you have it, or even MSN Paint(Ive used it for years)
For paint:
Select the picture(only the part you want to draw) and youll see where theres little blue dots in the center of the sides, and the top and bottom of the picture. Use the line tool and begin your line at the dot. (keep your eyes on the dot when you click the line tool, because it will disappear.) And grid your pictures. Even just one line through the middle both top to bottom and verticial.. like a cross right in the middle of the page, helps. It divides the picture into fourths so that you dont have to take it all in at once to draw it.
Photoshop:
This is more complicated but once you do it, its easy, just pay attention that your canvas size is correctly sized..
This is a little tricky. Open a new canvas and make the size as big as you need the reference picture to be to draw it.
Then paste the picture you wanna draw onto the canvas. (You might need to click on the move tool and roll your mouse over the corners till it gives you the symbol to click and drag it either smaller or larger, but make sure youre hitting shift while you do, so that it moves in proportion.
Once you do that, use the brush tool on about 3 point size, and at every inch, click once then click again while holding shift and drag it to the other inch mark. (do this going up and down, and across)
Then on your own paper, mark it at top, bottom, and both sides at every inch, and connect the marks with lines.
Using a grid helps me A lot. Just thought I'd share, btw, I asked to join that club.

I do all my stuff in traditional media too, the griding just helps getting the lines in the right place if its a difficult pose.

Wow, I wish I looked like Neptune. Ive ALWAYS wanted wavy/curly hair since birth. I had my mom put curlers in my hair, braid my hair since grade school so it would be wavy, but it would always fall out. ;_;'
Right now I'm letting it grow out long again because I had it cut just to my shoulders and layered. It was red too, I'll probably dye it red again, I'm not quite ready to bleach it and dye it teal XD; although when I cosplayed as Neptune, I was told teal hair suited me XD;; Anyway

I have been callled lesbian since I was 14 but it was mainly by people who wanted to put me down. There is only one guy I am sexually attracted to. I love hanging out with this girl from work and the other week when we hung out her husband (he was drunk though) kept asking me if I was attracted to Meliane and if I was gay. He said prove to me you are not guy and kiss that guy and all I could think was ewww I am not kissing him. I hope one day to get married and have kids but I do not know if that will ever happen.

Well thats a little different, I mean to kiss a complete stranger of course would be a big turn off anyway. You should take time to date and experiment (wisely though!) before you settle down.
I should have guessed from the beginning that I was gay though, since I was little I never(and still don't) want kids lol XD;
Course to be politically correct, gay people can still have kids..But I just really don't like kids period lol.
