Edmond-François Calvo, La fête des animaux. I have no idea which one of this master illustrator's comics this is from, but all here seem to be enjoying themselves. Information on Calvo is very hard to find in English. This is one of the top Furry artists of them all. Good with a chisel as well. By those barrels is a snail on crutches, a concept delightfully strange! The menu seems to be all vegetarian, I see carrots in remoulade and braised acorns. Nice to see the owls sitting down with the mice.
