Yes, for mother Russia especially! I always use the m9, not only because i don't like killing people, but because it's quieter and saves me alert modes in which i do not want!
But, there are some instances where you have no choice but to use force! It all depends on the situation, you never know when you have to kick ass and take names, but using the m9 when not in danger is very wise.Listen to you're fellow MGS veterans, when not in danger...use the m9, you'll see the difference once you do!!
