Description =reka-chan is very generous. She allow me to color some of her works. Her drawing is so cute.
This is Hikari/Dawn, the female playable character of Pokemon Platinum.

I'm using cell shade with gradient. With pen tool, you select the area, then shade with blend tool.
I'm creating a tutorial about shading but still not finished, do you want me to notify you if it was finished?

You crop the stock, and apply the oilify filter in GIMP..
