This scene never happened in the Manga, but I sincerely hope for this kind of scene in the Anime... you never know, though. XD

Thank you! Actually, I did want it to be a reunion of sorts between the two, based on what has happened in the anime! C: I don't read the manga, but from the snippets I've seen the anime tends to follow it creepy-accurately, so we probably won't get a reunion. ; __ ; I hope for it though!

Yeah, they follow the Manga creepy-accurately - but either way, they both appeared in filler episodes already... so why not add some kind of scene between them in the "original" storyline as a cherry on top? XD
Duh, oh well. Let's wait and see. I'm dieing to see the KakashiSakumo and NarutoMinato scenes, so even if Iruka doesn't appear in there, I'm happy to see the 2 daddies with their sons c:

I like how you did the blood on Kakashi. I also like Kakashi's smile because it's like he's trying to be reassuring to Iruka that he's indeed okay despite the blood and Iruka just looks content that Kakashi is okay.

Well, I'm srsly glad you think that way about Kakashi because that's what I thought he looked like, too (however people are going to take expressions different ways, so I'm never too dismayed if people think differently! X3) I think he looks more sheepish and attempting to show that he's okay rather than purely happy to me as well. Iruka on the other hand was actually never given a smile in the line art, which is why I was dissuaded from posting it. I wanted him to look more reflective on the whole "situation" (whatever that may be) and perhaps have a mixture of happy/sad, happy that Kakashi is okay, but sad over whatever had happened to begin with. I am glad that my intention is plausible in this picture, thanks so much for your comment.

Oh wow. I really like this picture. Iruka and Kakashi have always been in the upper level of my top ten favorite Naruto characters.
The detail and shadowing looks great. I specifically like the way you made the blood; it's more realistic than the random, completely solid blots I sometimes see people do.

First of all, thank you for your thoughtful comment, it means a lot to me. I've always really like Kakashi in the anime. I love Iruka, but I probably like him a whole lot due to the fandom! X3 He just doesn't get as much air time as Kakashi, haha. Thanks about the blood, I do try. Lol. X3
