Description ++ FULL VIEW, AND PLEASE, DO NOT BE OFFENDED. I MEAN NO HARM. ++

Inspired by the Baroque and Romantism era allegory paintings where everything has a hidden meaning.

Before I proceed, I'd like to get comment on the artwork, especially the symbolism of certain objects. I admit I do not possess vast knowledge of religion, but I did do some research.

I just want to know if I did anything REALLY offensive, like so religiously wrong, that even art forms does not permit it to be shown. Now now, don't give me the 'you drew the Swastika(s) it's evil!' thing, okay? Hellsing fans would understand. Major needs them, that hard-to-draw-little-fat-guy.

I'm hooked to stained glass art, that'll be the backdrop. Only that I'm drawing it out this time. I don't need the mature content warning, do I?

Well, I’m not offended, and I usually get offended easily, so…
This is a really cool idea. Maxwell’s broken or betrayed his faith/religion, Integra is bound to do her duty because of her faith/religion, and Major…is a Nazi – β€˜nuff said. Great job.

Beautiful work. -nods- I love all the symbolism in this. And of course you can't have Major Kreig without swastikas! He's the adorable, yet hard as hell to draw fat man! And on Enrico's mouth, for the Hellsing style it's fine. Kohta-sempai draws crazy mouths like that. XD I can't help myself. :3

Danke Hirano likes to make Enrico's mouth jut out more than the rest, like he's curling his lip.Just look at Pg85 Vol06. Ah well, practice makes perfect, I guess.

Very interesting.

Is Maxwell's crook symbolic of his desire for leadership? The broken rosary, symbolic for his faith tainted by lust for power? And the knife behind the back...well, he is an Iscariot.

Integra: bound by religion to protect Queen and country (cross binding her hands to her sword)?

The Major...I have no clew what the little spiny pickle on his staff is

One nit-pick: Maxwell's mouth looks just a tad too long. Otherwise, looks good. I look forward to the finished product.

Glad my drawing is easy enough to be understood in general. Lesser ranting when I'm done! Dislike nagging too much in the description box. Your understanding of Integra was exactly what I was thinking, word for word! Hehe...Hmm..yeah. My first time drawing Enrico Maxwell. Practice makes perfect, I hope. That 'little spiny pickle' is actually a gloved hand impaled on his staff.

Wasn't trying to tear down Maxwell; he looks good, just the mouth seemed kind of long. Very good for a first time.

I saw the glove on teh Major's staff, I just couldn't figure out what was dangling from it. The glove, I mean. 'Spiny pickle' was the 1st thing to pop into my mind. I didn't mean anything derogatory by it. Overall, I like the pic alot, and hope you will include a breakdown of the symbolism in the finished piece.
