I'm going to start with a few suggestions first, since there's a lot to comment about in this image.
1st, I've notices your wings lack structure. Hey look fake 9 out of 10 times. I recommend looking at this tutorial, [link] It helped me a lot personally.
The ears look more like a mouse's and are positioned a lil too high. Try making them wider at the bottom and set them a little lower on the head. It'll do wonders I think.
Something else I've noticed is that in a lot of your images (not all of them, so it may just be a stylistic approach you use on a regular basis) your hair tends to ignore all laws of gravity. I recommend looking at this tutorial: [link] Without that tutorial my hair would look horrible.
Something that looks odd about this piece is that the sleeves make the arms look a lil longer than they should. this could be helped by making it look like the top of the sleeves are actually clinging to the arm, or to make them effected by gravity more and to add creases and folds. The shorts need folds as well.
Now to the complements :B
I love the colouring. It just works. The blue of the hair and how you coloured it is brill. I like where you put the highlights. I like the pink and green in the BG. It gives it a nice simple area so that the rest of the image can shine.
The colouring on the skin is simply FANTASTIC. I also like the red around the eyes and the subtle red on the lips.
The colouring on the bark of the tree has a fairytale feeling to it *__* The colouring of the ribbons and the flowers is awesome too.
Back to the bark of the tree before I continue on. It looks FANTASTIC. I mean, i looks like it took you hours to draw and it had a natural feeling to it.
More on the subject of colour. I like how you reused every colour at least twice. From the colour of the wings used in the butterflies, to the colour of the hair used in the socks, every colour is accounted for aside from the colour of the tree, which taking up a large amount of the image anyways it looks better being used in just one place.
The details on this are fantastic. I don't really know where to start talking about them. The designs on the shirt, the many kinds of flowers, the petals. The ribbons! It's all so lovely and nicely balanced! one of my favourite touches is the tiny bow on the shirt.
