I did for many years.
quit several times and now I'm away from it more than two years again..

I good hint to handle this addiction is knowing about 'mantras' or LordsPrayer
while realizing that a cigarette is a temptation and you could use your thoughts
to fight against the feeling to be in need of another smoking break..
