Well, now this is an awkward situation; you either end up with a mess to clean, or risk yourself to suffer the wrath of an upset, (and apparently) still hungry kitty.
I can definitely say this is a reaction to a full belly that isn't seen often enough. Rather than being uncomforable from the feeling, or in distress because of their size, I like seeing characters who just really want to get bigger.
The belly blush is always a delight to see, gotta love how red bellies can get from all the stress!
And, as weird as it might be, I think one of my favorite parts of this picture has to be the bed. I just find the way the blanket is drawn, along with the size of the pillow and the way it's all folding under their weight very pleasing to look at.
