Description Yup I even went after other country merch.
This was a bit harder to do since outer countries currency is different than the states. They may charge due to the currency and tax rates depending on which country you purchase from. Yeah some of these weren't cheap for me.......Heck some don't ship to the US and I had to go through another method or sites to get these. Yeah these aren't easy unless the seller is able to ship them to your location. I'm lucky to get my hands on some of these since they're not common online or the value the're going for is ridiculous.....yeah no joke, some of these are nearly impossible to get. Not only by prices, shipping is an issue as well. Good luck finding all of these. They're hard to get and not an easy feat to accomplish. But if you find one you like or been searching for years, I'd say go for it!

I'll add the price tags, its date of origin, and company creator on each item. I don't own the material by copyrights. All belong to SEGA. They just make the merch, I throw my money at their face to get my hands on them.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~  UK Sonic X Gosh Inc 11" Plush: This is the eleven inch plush that I got online in mid 2019. He wasn't expensive but not cheap either. He comes from United Kingdom by Gosh Inc back in the late 2000's (around 2007/2008). They're a company that makes prizes for arcades, carnivals, and theme parks. This little guy was used of course. His hard cover tag is gone and the fabric tag is tattered and faded a bit. But everything else on him is in tact and prime condition. Price for him was $49 (£40 British Pounds). I had to pay extra since he was over seas so shipping was a bit as well.
~ South Korea 17" Plush: Yeah this guy is really hard to find online. He's from South Korea by a UFO catcher. Yup you had to win him and he isn't a light plush. I paid about $48 on Ebay plus shipping. He was being sold from the states since they got their hands on a few of the Korean Sonic plush collection. Containing Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, and Shadow. I don't know how they did it but I managed to get their last Shadow. I wasn't interested in the other four characters. Yeah they do look a bit off and all don't have the exact details but it's a great plush. I'm not sure if he's a bootleg or not since they are licensed by SEGA(yes he does have all of his tags and labels. He's one of my personal favorites because of the amount of detail on him and he's the softest plush I own. Like seriously he's as soft as a throw blanket. Yeah that soft people! I can't stop petting it.
~ SegaPrize Europe Plush: I got this guy on Ebay for $65. This heavy boy is won by UFO catchers or claw machines in Europe. Exact year of creation is unknown but he was made by SegaPrize Europe and SEGA Amusements Europe. He's another rare plush to get your hands on but if you do find him, go for it. I don't see him being sold often.
~ Tinibiz Kubrik Mini Figure: Yup a rare 2003 Sonic X Shadow lego figure......well it's not actually a lego but it's close enough. He was opened and posed. The original owner did keep the packaging and the figure in one piece. Though the packaged is bent a bit and dirtied over. It's an amazing piece. A rare item in Japan indeed folks. He comes in a set of four with Sonic, Tails and Knuckles. All are sculpted very well and accurate to the original designs. He was in a set with Knuckles and I asked the seller to just have Shadow. I offered more since I'm not getting both and they agreed. I told them my location and paid extra for shipping. He was also created by SegaPrize but for Japan. Yes the back is covered in Japanese text. I paid about $75 for this little guy and you better bet your round booty cheeks that he's staying in the packaging!
~ Sonic X Vol 2 Shadow Plush: 2004 Japanese exclusive plush within a set of five containing Sonic, Rouge, Eggman, and Bokkun. I got him years ago on Ebay. The guy was getting rid of him since he fell out of the sonic fandom. I paid about $300, shipping and tax included for this guy. This guy was on Ebay for over a month as 23 people(including myself) were watching this. I bit the bullet and bought him. Best choice of my life!!! I've only seen this plush go up twice and both times the chest fur was missing its top layer and the tag was badly creased. I had to fix mine since the chest fur was about to fall off. Nothing like a little of gorilla glue can't fix. He's another hard one to find and if you do see one, don't hesitate to get it. It's worth every penny I had at the time and I'm very happy he's in my home. This guy is another personal favorite of mine in my collection.
~ Joypolis Chibi Trio Japan Exclusive: Back in 2018 these guys were officially brought to the public but in Japan. In the states we wanted them so damn badly but they don't ship to the US. I managed to get all three, the large 8", mini 5" keychain, mini head coin holder.  I paid separately on Ebay since the sellers were asking for different prices. These are exclusive only to Japan and getting one is nearly impossible. If you find these, I'd highly recommend going for it. I bought each in a five month time span in 2019. Saving up money and watching the sellers like a hawk. Yes they all have their original tags and labels.
Prices for each I'll round to the nearest US Dollar. All including shipping and tax.
8" plush: $80
5" keychain: $54
Mini coin holder: $25
~ Chibi Toy Factory Angry Shadow Plush: Yes I know this little guy is from the USA but I had to add him in. I've seen more shadow plushies of this one with a smirk/smile.....I think that's a faulty or a bootleg. Shadow rarely smiles and his merch is always frowning. I made sure I got a frowning one. He was a random find on Ebay and I bought it for $25. Obviously a 2019 chibi plush from Toy Factory. Nothing much to him honestly.
 NOTE: You'll need to understand that all in this photo are rare and very difficult merch to find online. I was able to get them by luck and a lot of bargaining with the sellers. Most of these tend to go for high prices these days. I'm amazed of how I have them in my collection. I wanted to make a photo of all of the over seas ones I own. To show you all of how much time and effort it takes to get what you desire. Believe me it's a miracle I have these and they all put a smile on my face. Knowing anything is possible. Anything is possible if you work hard enough and save up.
 Yes I messed up in my previous collection. I don't own a Sonic Adventure 2 Shadow plush.......sadly. I accidentally misinterpreted the sonic X vol 2 plush for SA2 plush. They look so similar I accidentally called it from a different plush set. Heck I didn't realize the tags were different till I took a closer look and did some research. Yeah sorry folks, I messed up there. My bad.......  I did a dumb
Yes I'm one of many out there that would give a lot to have a SA2 Shadow the Hedgehog plush. I'd happily give $2,000 to just have him......Yes I have that much right now saved up(it took forever to save up believe me, no joke). Till another plush comes out onto the market, I'll keep that money safe and secured in my account. Someday I'll get my hands on one and I won't hesitate to place a massive bid or pay in full.
 Overall I've gotten over seas merch from Japan. They tend to have the best stuff before us here in the states. SEGA of Japan is different to the one here in the US. Yes there's a difference folks. That's how the Archie comics and Joypolis company came to be in different countries. I also gotten from South Korea, Europe, and United Kingdom. The overseas tend to be more expensive as they always do. Unless you go to that country in person, you'll be paying a lot more online across the ocean. Also the different currencies between countries is always a thing to consider as well. Be wary of that folks!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
TAKE NOTICE: I don't use or open the figures or the fragile merch because I want to keep them in mint condition. I'm a collector after all. Though they may have damages because of the previous owner(s) before I bought them. More than half of this is pre-owned. I just happen to get the ones that have some damages, scratches, or tears. I try to fix them to the best of my ability. But it's whatever at this point. I accept them but if they're in a shape of no repair, then count me out. I'm not wasting my money on something that destroyed or poorly repaired. That pisses me off. Treat your Shadow merch with better care!!!!! He's not a play thing.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Missing Merch That I forgot to add:
~ Bath Ball Figures: Yes I have the full set of five. They came from Japan in a Japanese printed wrapper, blue body soap covered ball, plastic ball covering the figure inside. They came put in mid 2018. All having a letter on each to represent which character is which. I paid $10 each ball(five total) on Ebay. The seller cut me a deal since I went all in for the set. I did the smart thing and used gloves to handle the soap. I'm actually highly allergic to bath balls and most soaps.....yeah strange and it sucks. The soap will coat your hands blue for a few days but will fade over time.
~ UK Capsule Figures Shadow: I didn't realize I had a very rare British figure. These came in little capsules, like the ones you find in stores or markets in a plastic box that needs coins to turn and out come the round capsule. I have the Shadow figure, minus the platform sadly. The seller was asking for $30 and I paid no problem. Ebay I purchased this on a day in early 2019. They come in a set of five total Sonic, Chris, Amy, Rouge, and Shadow. Very hard to find info on and to sell.
My favourite is the South Korea 17'' Plush.
He has a beautiful dark grey colour and a cute smile.
I don't know why the company in South Korea went with the dark grey fabric and smile, since Shadow doesn't smile often. More smirks or frowns to be honest. But it's a nice change in his merch, he's always frowning in everything. The plush is a soft boi, so fluffy!!!
He may look dangerous from outside but inside he is so a cutie who wants to have a hug.
