Name: Sunrise Apple (Sunny)
Gender: Male
Parents: Applejack and Full Steam

Siblings: Autumn Gold Apple, Jordan Russet Apple
Race: Earth Pony
Special talent: Caring for insects, his specialty being honey bees
Bio: Sunrise is the 3rd and youngest child of Applejack's brood, being 5 years younger than his brother Russet, and 8 years younger than his sister Autumn. Even given his young age, it's undisputed that he's the most mature out of the three Apple children. Where Sunrise's older siblings are more rough and tumble, he is more gentle and analytical, preferring calm conversation or cuddling over rough-housing any day. He's often underestimated because of his appearance, but make no mistake; this young stallion can easily hold his own. His more "Applejack" traits (aside from his maturity) is his headstrong nature, his quick wit, and his independence; refusing to let himself be pushed around or cheated out of what's his.
Even though he prefers not to be rough with his siblings, sometimes he can get a competitive surge and surprise them during play fights by pinning them down once or twice, though the game is always met in the same fate: with him being sat on until he inevitably taps out. It embarrasses him to know how easily it is to get him to submit, but it admittedly does give him a rush whenever he's in a "scrap", as he'd call it.

Sunny has always been the runt of his kin even since birth. His build isn't as filled out or strong as that of a normal Apple family member, so he isn't able to work the fields for very long until he finds himself winded and exhausted, much to his frustration. His mother instead has him work with the smaller farm animals or help with selling apple products to consumers as to not overwork her frail son. Sunny does wish that he could help his family more when it came to apple bucking and field tilling, but his body just won't allow him to do so. Often times he thinks of himself as a burden, but hopes by selling the honey he gets from his beekeeping will more than make up his shortcomings in the family.

He is very close to his honorary uncle Snails, and hopes to become a well known entomologist like him in the future.
