Zutara Week 2011, day 1: MASKReally hope you're getting this. Zuko and Katara are hiding their true feelings for one another behind the masks of anger and hate.
Happy Zutara Week! This will be my first time participating and although I was a little worried about the themes (I didn't think they were that good this year so I was uncertain if I would do this at all) but I've come up with ideas for every day except day 3: social networking so I'm skipping that one.

Took me a while to realize the angry faces are masks/paper cutout and they're actually being all kissy kissy behind it. Cool idea!

Thank you, and no I didn't take it negative so no worries ^^ I'll do every day except day 3: social networking (which is today) because I couldn't come up with anything I wanted to draw for that theme, but I am going to do the rest of the days

I love your Idea. About 50% of the other entries are just things with the Painted Lady and the Blue Spirit, and most of the others is something else with regular masks, but this is just perfect. Original, funny and generally great.

Yeah, although I love everyone's entries with the Blue Spirit and the Painted Lady I realized I wouldn't be able to do something that would stand out if I did that, so I decided to try something hopefully original ^^ Thank you!

At first I thought they were in bubbles, until I saw the hearts and then Zuko's hair and realized they were actually behind the masks :0 ...
